thats a lie. If you had a G1 you would know that if u want to use the internet or play a game that uses the tilt sensor you have about 2-3 hours of battery life. If you leave the phone alone you have 2-3 days

video recording is available in the new update if you get it over the air (hasn’t gone to everyone yet) and the g2 is rumored to have no keyboard which I think makes it a google iphone. I think 2nd generation is going to be worse if they really do lose the keyboard

when you but a phone at t-mobile you have 14 days to change it but I don’t think you can cancel you’re plan. I tried out a sony ericson and after 13 days I didn’t like it so I got the G1

yes. it only comes to certain people because they send it randomly over the air. my sister my mom and I all have the same phone and my sister and I are the only ones who got it. Supposedly everyone was supposed to get it by the end of may but so far not everyone has. It has a video camera, on screen keyboard, screen orientation (screen flips when you put the phone on its side) and it looks better. The messaging system is cleaner and the whole phone in general looks more fun rather than boring

how long is the battery for the g1???
August 12th, 2009 at 6:58 pm
I think most carriers will let you try it for 30 days to see if you want to keep it but I’m not sure. You should go to a tmobile store and they could tell you. I would personally recommend the BlackBerry because I think they have a better operating system and user interface overall. I have the Curve 8310 and it’s amazing. I’ve never had any problems with it and the G1 is still new so there could be bugs that still need to be worked out while the BlackBerry OS has been nearly perfected already.

no. UMA calling can be added to you’re existing plan for just $9.99 extra. When you connect to Wi-Fi you’re connection status will change from EDGE to UMA. But with the feature added onto your service(s) now you’ll be able to make UNLIMITED calls throughout the U.S. and it also enhances the call quality.
This goes the same for any place that has an open Wi-Fi connection.

is UMA calling free?

Alright so here is my problem, I can’t decide which one is better. I’m not really concerned about touch screen, Blackberry has always been pretty solid and I’m worried if I switch to the G1 my expectation for it will have been too high. Also, does anyone know if you can “try out” a t-mobile phone for a certain amount of days? I know they do this at Verizon. Please help me out!!! thanks

I can’t wait until the G-1 is at it’s 2nd or 3rd generation! So many better things on it, and video recording and flash camera!
August 29th, 2009 at 7:24 am
The G-1 has 5 day standby time and 5 hour talk time.

i have both phones..i love the tmobile g1 10 times better then the blackberry.. the 8900 cant even compare to the apps and features that the g1 has. i have multi touch video recording on screen keyboard. i can have my g1 act as a modem, pretty cool. many more features on the phone thats to much to explain. but yea i would go with the g1 people. blackberry is really a girls phone. i gave mine to my girl. had it for about 5 minutez lol.

3 weeks ago There was this boy named luigi. He got bulleyed because he had the name of a character from a game. That night his mom found him dead in the kitchen. He sliced his own throat. If you don’t send this to 5 other videos he will slice your neck in your sleep tonight

Thinkin about gettin the 8900, cheapest ive found is 350 unlocked, even though i have t-mobile, it would cost more money to upgrade because i just did to get the behold, which is a good phone except i realized im not the biggest fan of a virtual keyboard.
