With my MacBook, I do the following steps:
(By the way, I have a Blackberry Curve 8320 from T-Mobile)

1) Go to the Bluetooth Preferences in System Preferences
2) Select: "Set up a new Bluetooth Device"
3) Click on Continue, then select Mobile Phone, and then press Continue.
4) It should be searching for your Blackberry.
5) Select your Blackberry's name, then click on Continue
6) Then, the next window should show up with the available options for your device. One of the options on my screen shows up as "Connect using your device as a Modem"
7) Then fill in the settings, and Voila!

I hope this helps you! :-)
And if it doesn't help you, I suggest searching on Google, checking out the Crackberry fourms, etc.
