Blackberry Now

I just got the blackberry storm yesterday and need to know how to put it on that ‘mute’ setting so my battery is not wasted. Help Pleaseeeee?

On my blackberry my track ball sometimes doesnt roll to the left and down. And when I want to click on my messages or something it never works. Is there away to clean it or what?

My blackberry is really boring and I need some things to make cool. What kind of games or things should I buy for it.

I use a Blackberry Curve. An acquaintance of mine just got a blackberry and she wants me to put her in my contact list so we can talk on Blackberry Messenger. I don’t remember what to do or how to obtain that number? Help!

How do I use my blackberry as a modem to connect my laptop to the internet?

I have a bunch of telephone numbers stored in my blackberry, which I have to turn in upon my resignation. How can I download those numbers to my computer?

My dad can update his phone. If he wear to get a blackberry storm with the data plan, can I switch it over to mine? I know you’re allowed to because we’ve done it before since were on a family plan, but will it switch over since there’s a data plan involved? Thanks!
