How can I make my blackberry work internationally?

I am going to Ireland and the England tommorow and want my Blackberry to work so I can keep in touch with my company. How can I make this happen?

    With so little time, you’re going to have to call your phone company and arrange it with them. You might have to add on an extra plan that costs a few extra bucks a month, and even then you’ll pay a lot per minute for using it overseas.
