How do I transfer email attachments from my Blackberry to my laptop when laptop has no internet access?

The issue is when I cannot get internet access on my laptop, thus I cannot retrieve email on my laptop. However I can get email and attachments through my Blackberry. So how can I transfer those attachments to my laptop so that I can open them, work on them, and transfer them back to my Blackberry to be sent out?
Yes I do have an infrared port and the Blackberry is the 7230

    You should be able to sync your blackberry via bluetooth, IR, or USB cable. You should have a disc from RIM that has a synchronization program for your computer. Find the disc and install the program and that should be able to work.
