Blackberry Now

What I meant is the Blackberry that can communicate with USA, Japan, Hong Kong & China. What is my option in Buying the unit & monthly service charge?

I updated my blackberry curve 8310 with a pre-release v4.5 and now I can’t update it to the final version offered by blackberry’s official webpage.

Im just tired of the horrible quality of the sidekick and i want to upgrade to a blackberry. How is this possible without any additional charges?

I have a BlackBerry 7130c. I took my SIM card out from my previous phone which has all of my ringtones, and I want to know how do i trasfer the tones from that sim card to my blackberry. I have tried all possibilities, please help!

I bought an unlocked Blackberry Pearl on Ebay, and it is supposedly compatible with T-Mobile. The seller states that all I need to do is put the SIM card from my old phone into the Blackberry, and it will work fine. Does anyone know if this is correct, and has anyone had success buying unlocked phones on Ebay?

I own a Blackberry pearl. Does anyone know how to walk me through using it to get a PC online?

My sister has a BlackBerry and I wanted to help her use it but I can’t find out what model it is!!! The craziest thing I’ve ever seen, no model info on it anywhere. It might not be the newest (thus no pix on the website match).

How can I determine what model it is so I can find help info on the web for it?

The issue is when I cannot get internet access on my laptop, thus I cannot retrieve email on my laptop. However I can get email and attachments through my Blackberry. So how can I transfer those attachments to my laptop so that I can open them, work on them, and transfer them back to my Blackberry to be sent out?
Yes I do have an infrared port and the Blackberry is the 7230

I can’t find out how to send ringtones from my Samsung Instinct to my sister’s Blackberry 8100. It was added as my trusted devices, but I can’t figure out how to send ringtones or anything. Help would be appreciated!
