you did a good job on the comparison of both phones.. again…it all comes down to “preferrence” for example, ifyou have always been used to a crackberry FEEL then you will always stick to it…BUT if you are used to the touch screen for the iPhone…the fast scrolling, AND the finger pinching..i would go insane on the storm if i didn’t have my pinch capability…ALSO!!! lest you forget when typing.. at first your keyboard is a SMART keyboard so it’s learning as you type…which is COOL…iPhone
in all fairness, blackberry has been around a while but the iPhone did come out in a time where technology, as it always is, has advanced a certain level .. that is just like the new blackberry .. im sure as technology advances, apple will make more better iphones just like blackberry is doing with their phones
Oh and for those who want me to talk tech babble as if I make phones or OS’s I’m not a poser like you. I go off of hands on experience. So yes I’ve tried all three devices I commented on. AGAIN, PERSONAL OPINION AND PREFERENCE. So nerds who wants me to comment about things I am not an expert on, sorry “friends of mine” no can do. The Iphone doesn’t have a video player, oh no! WHO CARES!If you need video that bad your opinion on phones does not matter.The storm is NOT the bar, the IPHONE IS!
My comments got many responses. Blackberry fan boys are in a frenzy. Especially the ones who know I’m right. Listen people are claiming the Iphone is OLD NEWS? THAT is a terrible statement. A BLACKBERRY is OLD news, how many versions of blackberry’s have there been? You keep counting, and I’ll keep using the ONE product I have bought from apple. i’ll stick with my iPhone 3g…here is why….no matter HOW many phones ..sory, iPhone clones, come out, they will not be able to do what the iPhone can do… touch app store and download whatever you need and it’s all at your finger tips…the storm and all the iPhone wanna be’s have ONE static page and that’s it….i’ll take my 5 or 6 pages of applications…the iPhone technology is just unending…
Wow, you surprise me. The iPhone is the best, in a couple fields. the first… How much of an overrated ripoff it is. It’s great to see someone actually defend it so blindly, really. of course it loaded the page faster, AT&T is just that good. However, the iPhone is old news. It’s not amazing hardware, barely outstanding software. Apple can’t even make it look exceptional, just different is all.
do a review of the new updated storm. .75 update just released and apparently .76 update will be out soon after. they both significantly improve the storms speed and fix bugs. makes the storm a much better phone
Received invite from VZ to pre-order/list to order on Nov 17. Called, was told I would b called the 21st 4 confirm #. NO call, so I called VZ and ordered phn. Ordered on 21st w/pushed accessories normally takes 24/48 hrs 2 receive ordr from VZ, well by 26th, called VZ again, told no ordr in the system. B/c I ord’d accessories that were not avble so orders were canc’d. Re-ord may receive Dec 15, no confirm # b/c not giving them, no order # & told no need 2 call to check b/c it wont be viewable
